Near the Washington Monument. The more I thought of this message, the less sense it made. Its written in English, so I read it in English, but were any of the wars in the last century fought to preserve English? I think veterans deserve benefits, healthcare, monuments, parades, songs, and even thank you, but I don't know what he thinks this means, and I didn't want to ask because he would have thought I was ungrateful.
